Historically, Black people have been systematically placed within a value system that prioritized our labor and productivity over our well-being. As a result, many of our skinfolk never had the opportunity to relax, rest or rejuvenate.

This year again, Black History Month Belgium recognizes more than ever the vital need for Black communities to occupy and navigate spaces that intentionally encourage them to seek physical and emotional well-being together, collectively. Therefore, our Soft Sunday’s, curated by π’π¨π¦β€’π¦β€’πž 𝐎𝐟 𝐔𝐬 are back!

Two of those Soft Sundays (8/3, 22/3) will be the ground of our Yoga sessions with π—₯π˜†π—Ίπ—², which will offer an opportunity for our communities to reclaim time for rest and healing.
