Black women have shaped research, science, and academia, often without recognition. From the foundations of gynecology to the space race, their labor has been essential, yet erased 🎓

On this evening, we ask:

Why are Black women still underrepresented in the research world?

What structural barriers persist?

And how do we reclaim space, visibility, and authorship?

Through a conversation between professors and PhD researchers, we reflect on past injustices, present realities, and future possibilities; centering lived experience, resistance, and transformation ✊🏾
